The built-in Hermes adapter links Paperclip-managed skills into ~/.hermes/skills
(it resolves $HOME, never HERMES_HOME) while Hermes loads $HERMES_HOME/skills.
The adapter now reconciles desired skills into <profile>/skills on sync and at
run start, removes unassigned links that point to Paperclip sources, and shows
the real link path in the Skills tab. Shared agent-id -> profile map in
~/.config/hermes-control/agents.json (adapter + plugin).
