Function prints string that contains specifiers.

int _printf(const char *restrict format, ...);
.SH DESCRIPTION
The funciton _printf produce output according to a format as described in the examples.
The format can contain one or more characters and one or more specifiers.
These are the specifiers can be used in _printf :
%c : to print a character.
%s : to print a string.
%d, %i : to print an integer.
%u : to print an unsigned int.
%b : to print an unsigned int as a binary.
%o : to print an unsigned int as an octal.
%x : to print an unsigned int as an hexadecimal with lowercase.
%X : to print an unsigned int as an hexadecimal with uppercase.
%r : to print string in reverse.
%R : to print a string encrypted via ROT13.

output: Hi, I can print everything.
