This extends our release workflow, so we can release straight to the beta PPA (which acts as a staging repo for the stable PPA). Note that copying the binaries built by the PPA is still a manual (though trivial) process.
Successfully tested in workflow run 1237938331.
The new job also emits a debian source package for testing and debugging purposes but without the intention to publish this as a release artifact.
