Fix misspelling of Japanese words in spec #9636

This PR doesn't fix any actual issue. It just fixes misspelling of Japanese words in spec data as follows.

こんいちは (ko-n-i-chi-wa) -> こんにちは (ko-n-ni-chi-wa)

FYI: "こんにちは" is "hello" (roughly between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.) in English.

こんいちは (ko-n-i-chi-wa) -> こんにちは (ko-n-ni-chi-wa)

Thank you! I probably wrote them too quickly and didn't realize the mistake... I wrote them well in other places 😊
