These are minor changes to the Hydrotrend demonstration notebook, including:

Use pymt.models instead of pymt.plugins
Document and call setup() with a run time of 100 years

The output -- plots and array values -- match those of the current hydrotrend.ipynb notebook (which this pull request replaces).
