Run all of these on astro

Recycle Backend

Run this on mifune.cs.washington.edu. Make sure to make sure all the others are running on astro and run setrobot astro before running the following commands.
roslaunch recycle_ui web-stuff.launchproject && cd recycle-ui/frontend && polymer serve -H 0.0.0.0
The Polymer command will tell you which port the frontend is running on and you should be able to visit mifune.cs.washington.edu:PORT
