The second commit solves the problem of large solutions. If solution contains many projects with many classes processing of the T4-template takes a lot of time but usually only one or two projects contain classes need to be processed. |

Non-public properties are included if they are marked with TypeScriptMemberAttribute

Current version of the .tt file doesn't see the projects in solution folders. My changes fix this issue.
