This is a maintenance release to address two bugs. One involved chaotic malfunctions when removing axes from the parallel coordinate plot. The other fix was a minor exception thrown when double-clicking on an axis.

Fixed an issue with menu option to remove unselected lines (keep only selected lines. Added a new data table view to show raw line data. When no selection is set, all the data values are shown. When a selection is made, only the selected line data is shown in the table. Updated version numbers.
