Fix the issue in the pointing separation check #114

I realized that the pull request #91 introduced a bug in the stereo reconstruction code, which removes the events whose angular distances of the pointing directions is smaller than the limit. It happens only when there is a fraction of events whose angular distances are larger than the limit, so I hope most of the cases it did not affect the analysis.
