Collect content related to the implementation of the divergent pointing like,

Hi all!

It would be nice to update this summary issue!

Current version of protopipe is still based on the old stable version of ctapipe (aka 0.7.0).
I just asked for some updates on old open issues / PR.

Feel free to add here anything that you think should be added to the section Plan of work.
It should be any long-term task that you would like protopipe to address regarding this project (or to be able to address).
If it's more a ctapipe issue, please add it (or reference it) also here, in case some parts of protopipe need to be changed in order to host any new feature.
