Moving to icons.cubing.net

I'd like to avoid using cubing.github.io/icons, since it is not a domain registration that we own. I was able to get this repo pointing at https://icons.cubing.net in Pages, which we've had set aside for this purpose for years but never got around to using. It also looks like the old location is automatically redirected, so this won't break existing links.

@keemy, @jfly: Are you alright with icons.cubing.net for the published site?
