TOC for polyglot pages #111

TOC doesn't seem to work for polyglot pages (when headings are inside language block).
For example: https://sw-menu--cucumber.netlify.com/installation/

Updated 10 minute tutorial page to have the headings outside of language blocks, and TOC looks ok now. I'll close this issue.
