Internally 0.1.12.

Pan now moves whichever side of the picture is actually being cropped. It
only ever moved sideways before, so for footage taller than the shape
chosen -- a phone video in a Wide or Square frame -- it moved an axis with
no slack and did nothing, in the case where the crop discards the most.
