Describe the bug

As a result of:
#3272
#3191

Cylc lexers which provide graph highlighting may be unable to identify the graph section and consequently broken.

master

See also the Pygments lexer which (at present) lives in a different repository cylc/cylc-sphinx-extensions#6

Note: pygments lexer is now fixed.

  • vim - didn't detect dependencies section before
  • emacs - didn't detect dependencies section before
  • kate - didn't detect dependencies section before
  • gedit - didn't detect dependencies section before
  • TextMate -built in from the start
