not all cytoscape config options are exposed

There are several intialization options for cytoscapejs that currently can't be set from python:

In particular I'd like to be able to set wheelSensitivity because apparently a single tick on my mousewheel is enough to make to zoom in much too far. But I think it makes sense to include all the options.
