Certificate-based Authentication not presenting in matrix, since it has no reference documents.

Also needs article to be written for kb-article field.

…orting citations found as evidence this is used in the wild. Use of reverse resolutions to block IPs from domains (e.g., DNS Blocking patent of barricuda), but not to block DNS lookups by domain names or domain patterns as described in notional technique. Can re-add once documented cases of custom solutions or product vendor capabilities for technique are identified.
