Add NDC support + machine name

• Add support for NDC
• Add optional machine name to log

Choose time format + bugfix

• Add option to choose time zone (default time or convert to local time)
• Fix encoding for all non ASCII characters
• Order context fields by name

• The filter is applied when typing. No need to press the "Search" button.
• You can set the global initial log level.
