RMD_Digging_v3.0_dev is comming! This version is more fast and robust, with more practical functions and little bugs. It is also aimed to alleviate the memory consumption in many tasks. Both versions with respective English and Chinese language are provided.

RMD_Digging_v2.1

New bugs are fixed.

RMD_Digging_v2.0-alpha

This new version can export pdb file, which can be visualized by VMD in the form of static image and dynamic trajectory. Besides, the previous bugs are fixed, e.g., the exported *.arc file can not be played by Materials Studio. Some operations on in-out are optimized.

RMD_Digging_v1.0-alpha

The first version of RMD_Digging toolkit is going to be mature. I hope it can work well. However, some bugs may exist. We would like to improve its quality according to the feedback of users.
