This PR adds support for routes. Routes allow the app to decide which recipe to deliver based on a set of conditions, which can include the device being used, network type, location and language.

Also added

  • SSL support
  • new parameters:
    • saturate: accepts -1 to 10
    • sharpen: accepts 0 to 100
  • abbreviated parameters can be passed, when using URL syntax v2. Example: ?w=640&h=480
