A: Ctrlr is a framework built by Roman Kubiak (aka Atom), that is built on Juce, and allows a simpler pathway to building MIDI based applications and plugins, mainly aimed at controlling synthesizers. Simple panels can be built from the visual editor, but advanced functionality can be created using LUA scripting.
