Properly create GRUB dataset, add it to the fstab, and make sure the legacy dataset is mounted during install, as well as unmounted at the end of install.

I also moved the setting of the home dataset into the initial create command, as we were setting it to be /home during creation, but then again setting it to be legacy right after.

I was going to try your suggestion before you suggested it but I thought it best to check with you instead of trialling stuff. I'll get the ISO updated now.
