myPLS toolbox - PLS analysis for medical image processing
Requirements:
• Matlab 2017a or higher
• SPM for saving results onto volume
• Slover to display slice maps
• Function ploterr (Copyright (c) 2008, Felix Zoergiebel) for bar plots
Getting started:
• Please have a look at the example scripts to get an overview on all setup options and to see how to run the PLS scripts.
• In the 'docu' folder, you will find a documentation that contains a short introduction into the principles of PLS and a few general guidelines for setting up your PLS analysis.
