I can't accept this, sorry. I've written my own decbin and bindec in order to able to convert floating point numbers to binary integer numbers, even on 32 bit systems. |

In TravisCI worked fine and tests in PHPUnit to. |

This doesn't work on 32 bit systems, but I'm going to merge it in another branch. |
