Style tweaks

Fixes #37

• Cleans up logo + tagline
• Tightens popular images panel & separates it from about/social
• Fixes some broken paths

I'm not quite sure what to do with the social links—the red background is a bit jarring, and they're more functional if they're on the left side of the page.
