DaoJIT: a Just-In-Time compiler for Dao

This compiler is implemented as a module for Dao, which can be loaded automatically by using the -j option of Dao. This compiler can only compile a subset of virtual machine instruactions of Dao. It focuses on speeding up numeric operations.
