Remove doing things directly at Scene transitions
Removing doing things at that point in the game could possibly mitigate liveness since right after those transitions the game collects garbage and cleans unity objects

View controller fix
- Fixed a bug that caused the view controller to remain disabled after going into a test level with qounters-. Now when the mod settings flow coordinator is enabled it will check whether the current info view is the main one already, and just enable the object if it is
