Welcome to the YMAP wiki!

I created this project while I was in graduate school in the lab of Judith Berman. The overarching goal of the project is to simplify the analysis of whole genome datasets produced from micro-array or genome sequencing experiments, producing simple to interpret figures illustrating the status of the genome in an automated manner.

Since I have since graduated with my PhD, for a several year spell I was not actively central to the maintenance and upkeep of the project. In the last year I've gained a new position which allows me time to manage and continue development of YMAP.

This is now the actively developed version of the repository.
