I believe that obj.foo is a bad syntax for closurizing obj's method foo, and I propose having a special closurization operator like obj.@foo. My reasoning is more thoroughly explained in https://groups.google.com/a/dartlang.org/forum/#!topic/misc/KkWY0f0-cy8

The original version of closurization was in fact proposed with a different syntax. The argument in favor of the current syntax was familiarity to Javascript programmers. The matter was debated and decided, and we do not expect to change it.

Added WontFix label.
