Dart SDK version: 2.13.4 (stable) (Wed Jun 23 13:08:41 2021 +0200) on "macos_x64"

This happened kind of randomly, said to send along if inconsistent

Failed to initialize incremental compiler, throwing away old state.
This is likely a result of https://github.com/dart-lang/sdk/issues/38102, if
you are consistently seeing this problem please see that issue.
The specific exception that was encountered was:

This looks similar but slightly different from #38102... in particular the difference is no file at all versus an empty file.
