[ddc/dart2js] lib/html/transition_event_test.dart times out on DDC canary bot #53885

This test went from flaky to timeout on ddc-canary-linux-chrome and ddc-canary-linux-chrome-unsound. It is also flaky on a number of dart2js and ddc bots.

Note that the flaky => timeout transition is probably caused by a change I made int the test to properly use async-helper: 6b8224d

I just approved Pass -> Timeout on the ddc-canary-linux-chrome-unsound config.
