social:publish-due draait elke minuut en selecteerde alles met status
scheduled, terwijl PublishSocialPostJob de status pas op publishing zet als de
job start. Met een volle wachtrij ging dezelfde post elke minuut opnieuw de
deur uit. Het commando claimt een post nu voordat hij hem dispatcht.
