Add ability to update tasks

This adds the ability to update tasks. I'm using it to mark tasks as complete.

Coverage decreased (-0.3%) to 96.022% when pulling 1928c49 on cap10morgan:add-task-updating into f3575e3 on dashofcode:master.

I can't tell what went wrong with that JRuby build.

@cap10morgan thanks for the contribution. The JRuby build is fickle. Might resolve itself in the next run, if not I'll dig into it.
