Hi.

I've tried both win32 and win64 of Dash Core (v0.12.0.44-700bf27) on Windows and setup/binaries and both versions in the GUI gives me 'synchronizing masternodes list 50%' and stuck there forever.

There is no need to wait for it. Everything else besides DS and IX should work as expected, you can ignore it for now. Syncing should fix itself once there is a significant % of upgraded masternodes.

v0.12 differs completely to v0.11?
I'm having errors on Linux box as well, saying blockchain is not valid, so running now with -reindex..

Yes, it now uses headers-first

Should be fixed in v0.12.0.45
