Issue being fixed or feature implemented

This PR updates the Yarn cache with new dependency versions.

What was done?

Added new cached versions of the following packages:

  • cipher-base (1.0.6)
  • sha.js (2.4.12)
  • tmp (0.2.5)

How Has This Been Tested?

These changes were tested by running the application and ensuring that the new dependencies are correctly resolved and functioning as expected.
