Setup:
we use maven for dependency management, alternatively use the lib folder

Usage:
- start the Server src/main/java/semweb/lab/Server.java
- use testme.html client for testing
- also note the unit tests provided in src/test/java/semweb/lab/SemWebServiceResourceTest.java
