Edgar Anderson's data for Iris versicolor.
$ npm install datasets-iris-versicolor

var data = require( 'datasets-iris-versicolor' );
Edgar Anderson's data for Iris versicolor sepal length and width.
console.log( data.sepal );
// returns {'len':[...],'width':[...]}
Edgar Anderson's data for Iris versicolor petal length and width.
console.log( data.petal );
// returns {'len':[...],'width':[...]}
var toMatrix = require( 'compute-to-matrix' ),

// Convert the data arrays to a matrix:
var mat = toMatrix([
data.sepal.len,
data.sepal.width,
data.petal.len,
data.petal.width
]);
// Calculate the sample mean along the rows:
console.log( mean( mat ).toString() );
// Calculate the sample variance along the rows:
console.log( variance( mat ).toString() );

Unit tests use the Mocha test framework with Chai assertions. To run the tests, execute the following command in the top-level application directory:
$ make test
All new feature development should have corresponding unit tests to validate correct functionality.
This repository uses Istanbul as its code coverage tool. To generate a test coverage report, execute the following command in the top-level application directory:
$ make test-cov
Istanbul creates a ./reports/coverage
directory. To access an HTML version of the report,
$ make view-cov
