eor sensitivity code
no sample variance term

import eorpy
e = eorpy.eor()
... set config (view local index.html)
e.arraySensitivity()
... can add model view stuff from within eorpy or
import eormodel
em=eormodel.modelData()
em.plotModelData(e)

OLD STUFF BELOW

12/12/07 - Starting a new "branch" to clean up and incorporate the science modeling in.
bloer --> eorpy

Notes for running bleor. Note that this is for DACOTA
Recall there is baseline stuff under the baseline directory

Need to include
- "slanted" uv vs k modes
- spectralsmoothness
- mosaic for low k-modes

e = eorpy.eor()
...
e.arraySensitivity()
then
import eormodel
em=eormodel.modelData()
em.plotModelData(e)

To run
from blear import *
b = bleor()  creates instance
	config='19ele.dat' - antenna configuration file
	rotate=True - whether or whether not to derotate the platform
	Nplat=1 - number of platforms, for an array the earth is it
	Tsys=50.0
	dlogk=0.3 - log mode spacing
	tobs=1000.0 - total observation time
	tobsUnit='hr'
	z=6.0
	restFreq=230.0	freqUnit='GHz'
	BW=2.0 bwUnit='GHz'
	Nch=128
	HAmin=-4.0	HAmax=4.0	HAunit='hr'
	tint=0.5 - integration time period
	tintUnit='hr'
	dec=34.0
	lat=34.0
	boxcar=10 - boxcar averaging over k-modes
recall, the web-page index.html has the most recent values upon refresh

b.arraySensitivity()
