Sundials examples

This is an attempt to undertsand how to use CVODE from Sundials

• The src and include files are from Sundials 2.6.2 ( http://computation.llnl.gov/projects/sundials/sundials-software )

• The pendulum example has been taken from: http://www.cs.nyu.edu/courses/spring09/G22.2112-001/hw/hw10ex/hw10ex.pdf
