Installation from git (latest development version, potentially unstable):
$ pip install https://github.com/daxzio/cocotbext-dvi/archive/master.zip
Installation for active development:
$ git clone https://github.com/daxzio/cocotbext-dvi
$ pip install -e cocotbext-dvi
