spent far too long fucking around with this but here's a banner anim
since i don't have cut out parts its just a call / frame animation, not real movement.

i don't really have the tools / time to make another real animation atm

not happy with this but...
if you do want to change the frames, please modify in

/bureau/marcom/banner01/

files are in /1000/

there's a script there
need to convert them to 'wide' eg 16:9 ratio
so i make 888x500 and crop off on each side

then make the mp4

there's a script in there process.sh that does it all

This is pretty decent for the concept. 3:2, 800px x 531px, less than 1MB

it would need to be powers of 2 so


# 4:3
# 320:420
# 400:300

# 16:9 -
# 640:360
# 960:540
# 1280:720

i meant 4:3 not 3:2
but it has to be pixel exact, the images you sent were all a bit different
i did normalize them in the 960w/ directory
