Main functions
- @BuildTrRatio: Generate NEPv for the trace ratio optimization problem.
- @BuildSumTrRatio: Generate NEPv for the sum of trace ratio optimization problem.
- @RunSCF: Run SCF with level-shifting.
- @SolveNEPv: Solve the NEPv and check the rate of convergence.
