STaCHIT : Smart TimeLine and Chit-Chat (Yahoo HackU Winner 2012)

Equipped with an amazing interface with a stunning design comprising loads of features. Smart Chat Assist uses the power of NLP to suggest keywords and their meanings from the underlying conversation. Timeline News Reader provides information about the search query from its inception to the current development in a neat and clean UI (read pdf, play videos, picture gallery, website frame etc.). Extensive text mining and information retrieval mechanisms are used to build the system. This hack won the 1st prize in Hack U context 2012, IIT Kanpur organized by Yahoo!.
