This updates the 1.6 release to use the latest versions of the following modules which include fixes for some issues discovered in the initial release candidate: - github.com/decred/dcrd/blockchain/v3@v3.0.1 - github.com/decred/dcrd/rpc/jsonrpc/types/v2@v2.2.0 - github.com/decred/dcrd/rpcclient/v6@v6.0.1
