I've exported a YT version of this, probably most generic, social media template for adobe XD use. https://www.adobe.com/products/xd.html

The free version of Adobe XD is quite enough for using this.
Minimal image editing and processing skills are recommended, though this can be used by just dragging and dropping an existing image into the template.
The template requires Source Sans Pro to be installed: https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Source+Sans+Pro
Small tutorial included.
