Russian language pack for the DeepSeek Harness web GUI

A complete Russian localization is now available as a community plugin:

• 65 locale namespaces, 2,915 strings — chat, settings, plugins, shortcuts, scheduler, subagents, agent presets, sidebars, everything dictionary-driven.
• Built entirely on the official locale API (dsh-client-locale): the pack registers ru via ctx.locale.addLanguage({ id: "ru", fallback: "en" }) and contributes one dictionary per namespace. No patching of app.asar, no forks — installs via Plugins → Add plugin and survives DSH updates.
• Untranslated keys fall back to English, so the pack degrades gracefully as new UI strings appear in future releases.
• MIT licensed. The repo ships the translation sources (ru/*.js), the English reference (en-json/), the glossary, and the full toolchain (extractor, validator, bundle builder) so the pack can be regenerated against any new DSH release in minutes.

Offer to the team

We read in CONTRIBUTING that external PRs are not accepted right now — totally understood. Still, two standing offers:

1. Built-in Russian locale: the dictionaries are MIT and ready; if Russian ever lands in the roadmap, we would be glad to hand them over or help adapt them to the source tree (packages/client/locale).

Known limits of the pack: the CLI has no i18n surface, and bundle descriptions on the Plugins page come from package metadata (LocalizedText), which language packs cannot reach — both are documented in the README.
