job_output工具改善期望

job_output工具，如果已经在执行中，中间的插话没法打断这个timeout的限时，然后模型又很喜欢开一个3 4min的timeout在那里等，如果想插话就必须先停掉对话然后再发新的对话过去。能不能优化这个工具，类似cc那种，我插话进去能打断一下这种纯等结果的工具？或者学cc，把这种编译之类的等结果的工具放到后台去，不要占用主对话，主对话很多时候工作还没做完一直在等这个job_output。

Nothing in the tool can interrupt that wait. The reason is one step above the tool.

When you send while a turn is running, the message goes into the inbox, and the loop only drains next-step after the current step's tool batch settles (packages/core/agent-loop/src/agent.ts:388-393). The two queue choices are steer (next-step) and followup (next-turn) at :176-182; neither aborts anything. A job_output call that is waiting out its timeout is inside that batch, so your message sits in the queue until the tool returns. No wait/timeout setting changes it, because the tool never looks at the inbox.

What you can do today is stop waiting long. job_output already accepts wait: false and a short timeout_ms: wait: false hands back the output since the last read and returns the step immediately, so a steered message lands at the next step boundary within seconds. You pay in polling, but the job itself is running in the background either way — job_list shows it and job_kill is the explicit way to end it.

Making an interjection abort a long wait is a different feature: the tool would have to observe the inbox, or the loop would have to treat steer as an abort for waits that opt in. That is a change to the loop's contract rather than a parameter, which is probably why it behaves the way you describe instead of the way CC does.

不过我想补充一下，我真正想要的其实不是"插话能打断等待"，而是另一件事：后台任务完成时，能主动通知并唤醒对话，而不是靠模型调用 job_output 去等。

我对比了 DSH 和 Claude Code 处理编译这类长任务的方式：

• Claude Code：编译会作为后台任务出现在侧边栏，模型马上继续做别的事。如果手头没有别的事可做了，它会先汇报进度，然后结束这一轮；等后台任务一结束，对话就自动继续，接着处理结果。
• DSH：任务本身虽然也在后台跑，但模型想知道它有没有完成，只能调用 job_output 去等（或者自己 sleep）。等待期间这一轮被占住：明明还有别的事可以做，却一直卡在这里，插话也只能排队。

所以我理解两者的区别是"拉"和"推"：DSH 要模型主动去问任务完成了没有，Claude Code 是任务完成后由宿主主动发出通知。wait: false 加轮询可以缓解卡住的问题，但模型仍然要反复调用去查，这一轮也一直开着，不能先结束。

希望能考虑这样的功能：

1. 后台任务完成（或失败）时，产生一个事件，能唤醒对话、开始新的一轮，带上任务编号和结果；
2. 这样模型可以先做别的事，或者先汇报、结束这一轮，不需要用 job_output 或 sleep 去等；
3. 原来插话打断等待的需求，在这个机制下就自然不需要了。

我知道这涉及 agent 循环的契约，不是加一个参数就能解决的，所以想先在这里说清楚需求。
