Português (Brasil) language pack for DeepSeek Harness 🇧🇷

I've built a community language pack that translates the entire DSH web UI into Brazilian Portuguese:

Coverage

• 62 namespaces / 2,799 strings — chat, settings, plugin manager, schedules, sidebar, terminal, voice input, and more
• Placeholders ({name}, {count}, …) and technical terms preserved
• Automatic fallback to English for any untranslated string, so nothing breaks

How it works

It uses the public client locale API (@deepseek-ai/dsh-client-locale), exactly as documented for language packs:

• ctx.locale.addLanguage({ id: 'pt-BR', label: 'Português (Brasil)', fallback: 'en' })
• ctx.locale.register(ns, 'pt-BR', dict) for each namespace

The language appears in Settings → General → Language, applies immediately without reload, and the preference persists via the Host settings service.

Install

1. Clone the repo: git clone https://github.com/jonascarv/dsh-plugins.git
2. Install the locale-pt-br/ bundle in the Plugin Manager (or ask the DSH agent to install it)
3. Reload the page and select Português (Brasil) in Settings → General → Language

Contributing

The source dictionaries live in dicts/ (one JSON per namespace) and client.js is regenerated with node build-client.cjs, so translation fixes are easy PRs. Feedback and corrections from Brazilian users are very welcome — both here and in the repo!

Update: v1.1.0 🔄

The pack now tracks the latest DeepSeek Harness release:

• New entryCustomization namespace translated (5 keys) — covers the new in-app plugin creation entry points ("Browse other plugins", "Create your plugin", and the creation prompts for sidebar/conversation/right-sidebar entries)
• 4 new keys in existing namespaces: conversation (conversation views menu), sidebar and sidebarRight ("More" labels)
• 63 namespaces / 2,808 strings total — still full coverage, nothing left in English

Existing users: update the bundle (re-install from the latest main) and restart DSH to pick up the new module.
