5. Preserve a copy of the existing configuration before making any changes.

The important part of your log is that the required agent-loop plugin cannot access sessionProjections.

The 33 waiting plugins are probably downstream symptoms of an earlier service initialization failure, rather than 33 unrelated broken plugins.

That user reproduced a similar startup failure after installing the third-party @linxin666/dsh-web-all bundle. It doesn't prove you have the same cause, but it's worth checking whether that package or another third-party bundle was recently installed.

The project's desktop recovery documentation describes a built-in option called "Disable third-party plugins, back up profile patch, and restart".

If your application displays the native recovery dialog, I'd try that option rather than deleting the profile or reinstalling everything. According to the documentation, it disables third-party bundles and backs up the profile patch while retaining installed packages.

If it starts successfully afterward, that would strongly suggest a plugin or profile configuration conflict.
