这不是安装包坏了，是那个目录不让创建文件夹——错误里三条全是 Cannot create folder : 拒绝访问 / 系统找不到指定的路径，7-Zip 在解压第一步就停了。

先做一个能分清"安装器"还是"这个目录"的实验：换一个你能确定可写的路径再装一次（比如 D:\DSH\ 这种新建的目录）。装得上 → 问题在 C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Programs 这条链的权限；还是失败 → 才是安装器或临时目录的问题。

如果确认是那条链：Programs（或它上面某一层）可能被 ACL 改动过。DSH 自带的 diagnose-windows-sandbox-acl 就是干这个的——它会沿你给的路径逐级检查，给缺少 WRITE_DAC/WRITE_OWNER 的目录补当前用户的完全控制，并删掉外来的 AppContainer 包 SID ACE，每改一处先备份、改完回读校验、打印回滚命令（packages/sandbox/sandbox-windows-acl/README.md:78-80）：

The useful part of your installer log is the "Access denied" message while creating the locales and resources directories.

7-Zip exit code 2 is a general fatal error, but the individual errors suggest Windows is preventing the installer from creating files in the destination directory.

I'd check these things first:

1. Close any running DeepSeek Harness processes, including background processes in Task Manager.

2. Open %LOCALAPPDATA%\Programs and check whether your Windows user can create a normal folder there.

3. Check whether Windows Security or another endpoint protection tool has blocked the installer. If it has, review the event before allowing the official installer.

4. Download a fresh installer from the project's official release page and try again.

I wouldn't delete the existing application data or change permissions on the entire Programs directory.

The ".\locales" and ".\resources" paths in the extraction output don't necessarily mean the archive itself is malformed. The permission-denied messages are the stronger clue.

If the installation still fails, could you confirm whether your account can manually create a folder inside %LOCALAPPDATA%\Programs and whether Windows Security logged a blocked action at the installation time?

That should help distinguish a folder permission problem from security software blocking extraction.

是桌面版中出现的升级标志点升级然后就出问题吧，我的是这样。然后重装下载包就行。不能升级，有bug
