[Bug] Desktop startup fails: local dsh-auth-* cookie accumulation can exceed 16KB request header

Summary

DSH Desktop on Windows accumulates local dsh-auth-* cookies. After enough restarts, the local authentication request header can exceed Node's default 16KB limit and DSH fails to start with:

desktop welcome: Web authentication failed

This is unrelated to third-party plugins. Disabling plugins did not help.

Reproduction

1. Use DSH Desktop 0.2.1-rc.3 on Windows
2. Restart the app repeatedly
3. Observe that %APPDATA%\@deepseek-ai\dsh-desktop\Network\Cookies accumulates many dsh-auth-* cookies
4. Once the local auth request header exceeds 16KB, the app fails to start
5. The crash log contains desktop welcome: Web authentication failed

Current behavior

• Each restart can add a new local authentication cookie
• Old cookies are not automatically cleaned up
• With 71 local cookies, the authentication request header is about 16KB
• The local service's default 16KB HTTP request header limit is exceeded
• The app cannot start and reports desktop welcome: Web authentication failed

Expected behavior

• Local authentication cookies should not accumulate across restarts
• The app should clean up or reuse stale local authentication cookies on startup
• Or use a stable authentication mechanism that does not grow with each launch

Environment

• Windows 11
• DSH Desktop 0.2.1-rc.3
• Triggered after repeated restarts
• Temporary workaround: delete dsh-auth-* records from %APPDATA%\@deepseek-ai\dsh-desktop\Network\Cookies, then restart DSH
